Most difficult and non-sensical landlord or commercial management company I have dealt with. Really dissapointed and sorry for her current tenants, messes up deals because of her greed, its her way or the highway, places ludacris clauses within lease agreements that even the city of Los angeles does not require- and the renter must pay for all of them! Wanted me to use her sign guy if I was to rent there but thank god I was able to back out.
Turned me off from the beginning and I don't reccomend doing business with them- I have had many commercial lease agreements from other management companies and this is by far the most difficult and unneccesary bullcrap I have ever dealt with even when I met her requests. There are many other landlords dying to rent out their spaces and she acts as if hers is the taj mahal. Perhaps she has a hidden agenda or she is just plain greedy, but anyhow she will be stuck with no renters pretty soon because she doesn't deserve any. From what I have heard she has a history of being difficult to work with.
