On Dec. 18th I went to the bendaroos website to put in an order for this product, like many other dissatisfied customers reports that there are many prompts to get you to order numerous items, and everytime you click no thanks it keeps going through this process of trying to get you to keep ordering more in quantity and after you say no it says I'm soory you don't want that but if you buy it we will cut your shipping price in half. Well I went through the whole ordeal in dismay and when I finally got to the order I never clicked on submit order or even the review order page!!!! That same day I sent them 3 or 4 different e-mails telling them that I do not want this product and if they send it I will be returning it to them. I also called and left a couple messages and they never responded to any of my requests, so here I figured they got the hint and canceled it for me, because they didn't charge my bank card, well today Dec. 30th after numerous attemps to contact them I logged in to my bank account and there it is, they charged me for this item I did not want. They never sent a confirmation for the product I never even ordered and I am very upset that they have a right to process an order that I never even subitted. All online stores have a policy that after you put in your payment info. you are able to review your order first, then click on submit, not bendaroos, if you just go and check out the item, the minute you enter your account info, you have to pay. This is not right to customers and I feel they need to be investigated, or have an investigator go online and see how they do BAD business. Thank-you,
