Benedict Prasad , Realty Professionals Property Management Paid The Company $27,000.00 For a full year's rent on a house in Henderson, Las Vegas Nevada
Paid this company $27,000 for a full year's rent on a house in Henderson, Nevada in advance. Within two months the new house developed a construction defect which made it unliveable. Force to move and with assurances from Benedict Prasad the real estate broker for Realty Professionals Property Management the monies would be returned with moving expenses, plus damages etc. We moved and afterwords Mr. Prasad says "sue me".
We did and after three years we were force to settle for just a little over our attorney's fees. Mr. Prasad admits stealing the monies and everything else, but hides behind an errors and admission insurance policy, allowing him to go on and on with appeals in the court system. My H.O. Insurance Company Hartford refused to pay, because of various reason, the first being I did not notifiy them within 30 days of moving. (a small claused in the policy) now they come up with new ones. AARP fail to persuade them to provide the coverage, so don't look for their help. The Nevada state real estate commission fail to do anything and this guy continues to operate with out any punishments what so ever. And so it goes!
