Beneficial Client Care ripoff, fraud, liars consumer fraud Baltimore Maryland
In July of 2002, I received a phone call from a company called Beneficial Client Care....They sold me on trying to get this high limit credit card "to build my credit"....It sounded good, but I told them that I had to think about it for a while....he proceeded to put me on the phone with someone from the company who asked me about my bank information.....I told them that I wasn't sure about that and they said that they could use this information for later in case I change my mind.....
On August 2nd, I'm in New York with my girlfriend when I notice that my account has decreased quickly....I immediately called the bank who informed me that it was debited by Beneficial Client Care.....I waited patiently to speak with someone, yet could not ever get through.... Finally I was able to get through on the 13th of Septemer and they told me that it had been put in the mail already.....when, where, and how? I'm not about to sit around and get ripped off when i didn't authorize this money to be taken out of my account.....someone help me....
