My mortgage company is trying to withdraw from my checking account what is not authorized by me. I have been trying to make my payments the we had agreed on but now out of the blue they are trying to do this.  I have had other problems in the past with them. But nothing like these.back in 2008 my ex husband passed away,  they told me not to worry about the payment, they said we had life insurance.  Then six months later I get a call that I had to pay $9,000 for not paying . I told them what happened and that I had sent them everything they asked for including death certificate. They then said it was their mistake and we had no insurance.  So we worked out a payment plan. With my income tax I sent them a good amount that they let me stay and keep paying.  Then again they ran me off my house for about a year.  I called again and told them the house was being vandalized and they needed to do something , they denied me a short sell or even find someone who could take up payments. They again let me send them what my income tax was and do my monthly payments.  Now they are trying to withdraw from my checking money I don't have.
