Our Garage made every effort to repair this car . But the customer came and got the car on a sunday while we closed. before we could finish the job.
the car we were working on was a older model plymouth Breeze with 200,000 or more miles. we did all the repairs that we were supposed to do also we have the parts to prove it.
we also did 3 tows free plus a service call for free for this customer. I told the customer we would repair his car,But he came and got it before we had the chance. also instead of coming to me to make it right. he had his attorney send us a letter wanting all his money back plus boggace amounts. my attorney reponded to the letter and he did not have a creditable claim.
WE gurantee our work 100 percent and will take the extra mile to make our customers 100 percent happy.
but some people want something for nothing. and will try to rub you in the dirt.
we have hundreds of satisfied customers and the references to prove it. we will make any repair right. that is our gurantee.
also this customer wanted to work on his car in our garage himself which our insurance regulations forbid. I could not satisify this customer no matter what i did.
