Berkeley Premium Nutraceutical - BEWARE of this company's Free Sample. It is a big RIP OFF! Cincinnati Ohio
Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals generously offers a "free sample" of their many products only to obtain your credit card info which places you on their "automatic" product order & BILLING cycle.
I called their "customer service" to explain I didn't care to continue receiving their "automatic" shipments & was told their products could NOT be returned due to 911.
Additionally, the customer service grunts would NOT give me the name of a Supervisor/President/Owner's name so I could appeal to them directly. I had to laugh at their Customer service b/c they lacked the intelligence to make a decision based soley on my extenuating circumstances (I was UNable to afford their product)& they would NOT issue a credit back or allow me to return their product!
Please do NOT do business with this UNcaring company; they don't care about you or your circumstances they only want your $$$$.
Mad as H$LL & feeling Ripped Off in California!!!
