BERKELEY PREMIUM NUTRACEUTICALS rip-off! THE COMPANY TOOK PAYMENTS FROM MY VISA WITHOUT SHIPPING GOODS, REFUSE TO REFUND. Cincinnati Ohio

FREE OFFER ON TV! Call was placed to receive offer and payment for shipping by visa. Shipment sent to wrong address and not received. Second call made in April 2004, gentleman apologised for error and sent FREE OFFER PLUS 1 EXTRA FREE MONTH SAMPLE. I finally received this order. Next thing I find on my Visa statement is that BERKELEY PREMIUM NUTRACEUTICALS, INC HAD TAKEN PAYMENTS OFF MY VISA.
I called toll free number and the supervisor would not let me explain the situation. He refused to credit my Visa. He was very ignorant and impolite.
I need to have this company reported for illegally taking funds for goods not received.
