Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals RIP-OFF! One simple purchase becomes a lifetime commitment! Cincinnati Ohio
I ordered one-time samples of three products for $4.50 each. Little did I know, this transaction became a lifetime commitment at $70/month (times 3 in my case). They do not make it clear that buying one sample means you are automatically set up for a monthly cyclical deduction. I attempted to contact and call them many times only to be put on hold for literally hours with disturbingly rude telemarketers in between.
They are reluctant to refund my money and have no justification for this process only excuses that I made a year commitment and can cancel after the year is up! Again this was never, ever made clear! After this experience and the many hours I have invested arguing filing disputes with my credit card companies, and cancelling/changing all of my account information, I will never order items randomly again. Only illigetimate businesses that can't get rid of useless products have to force them on the consumer like this. Very uncool!
