"I ordered a free sample of one of your products in or about July of 2004 and after reading the material I decided I did not want to take the product. Within a month (to my surprise) I received a package of the product, I had no idea why I received the product since I only ordered a free sample. I later learned that $70.00 was taken from my account." - Earl Ocoee, FL. This very same thing happened to me! But after the first hit of $70 some odd dollars i was quick to defend myself by calling my credit card company and canceling my card and have them reissue me a new sucker. Yeah i know they got me this time but at least they can't any further. So now they're calling me every other day trying to get another card from me. Live and learn. btw..i didn't bother with the refund. i figured it wouldn't do me any good anyways.

The state of Ohio Attorney General is sueing Berkeley as I am writing this.. Happy times are coming..Finally maybe this company will stop using and abusing customers as well as their employees. That place is a Monkey house. There is no structure what-so-ever. We were all suppose to tell these little lies that ..oh man your product was canceled but you called to late and the shipments have already went out and we have no return policy. Or somestimes depending on the circumstance..and let me tell you..there always were different ones..We were able to say..return the product and as soon as we get it we will credit you.. well that was bull because even if we received it back..there was no credit givin and we were to tell the customer that we never received it back and if they had proof of signature that we received it..that didnt matter..we were still suppose to say something to not give their money back..as in let me send you something else..or I can give you partial credit and it should ***should*** be credited to your acct within 30 days..and it NEVER hardly happned..Very seldom did that company give credits out that were due. Then if we as employees did say we would give the credit..oh my goodness look out cause you were fired the next day or written up or ridiculed..It was like swinging on a vine there.. Just waiting for the vine to break from swinging so long back and forth with customers. I was in first shoft management and I know exactly what went on there. It was a big mumbo jumbo caos company. I am so sorry to the customers that I have lied to in the past..I had to have that job at the time to feed my kids..but I was a smart one and got the heck out.. Hope Brenda and Kim and Jim got outta there..God bless you and the other customers that this has happened too..keep watching the news and read the cincinnati enguirer..The owner with the company is in there about every week!!!

I did sent a letter along with telephone conversations with a supervisor. Although I did receive 100% of my money back I did receive a full refund for the last amount charged to my credit card. In the long run I lost $140.00; a cheap lesson. Earl Ocoee, Fl

Dear Earl, I am a former employee of Berkeley and wow if you haven't already spoken to the company about this you are in for a trip. This is not the right place to contact the company regarding your refund request though. This is a third party where people just post their complaints, in vast numbers I might add about the company. I dont remember the phone number as it has been almost a year since i worked there, but you can go to their website and get the customer service # to get try to get this taken care of. I am warning you though, it is going to be difficult. Do not give up. I can tell you though that the posting you made here is not sending a message to the company and they will not get it. Good luck. Let me know if you have any questions or anything. I may be an ex employee from a year ago, but i remember alot.
