Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals ripoff Cincinnati Ohio
I called to get a 30-day free trial offer and I ended up getting charged for and additional amount of unwanted product with the promise of being able to return the unused portion if unsatisfied.
I was very unsatisfied.... after taking the product for 15-days I had my first menstural cycle, I had horrid cramps, that never let up, I bled for 10-days with awful clots. I was very scared because I have never had such a severe menstrual ever!!
I ordered my product over the phone by credit card and was never told after the 30-day free trial that it couldn't be returned. It is in dispute with my Discover card at this time.
Berkeley's customer service department is not what they claim it to be, very rude. All these people care about is getting your MONEY and not your HEALTH and this is the REAL issue!!!!
