I authorized a $5.90 charge to my debit card for a trial shipment of Suvaril. When I called to cancel future shipments, they claimed I had just missed the cutoff date and that they had charged $70 to my card which they would be happy to refund as soon as I returned the shipment.Of course, they had not actually shipped the product so they knew I could not return it.As a consolation they offered to refund $35. I hope some lawyer will recognize this as a great class action lawsuit. Also the FDA has issued a warning letter to Berkeley as a result of their unsubstantiated claims.
