Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals ripoff! I ordered product and was sent a different product. CincinnatiCincinnati Ohio
Two Or Three months ago I ordered a neutraceutical From Berkeleyl Premium Nutraceuticals for high blood pressure (Rovicid). They sent me one for night vision (Rogisen). I called and told them they sent me the wrong medication. They said they would send me the right one and I could write refused on it and send it back. I did as they said and to date I have not received the medication or my $75.00. I was charged for it.
I called them and told them I had to buy something else because they never sent what I ordered and to just credit back my credit card. They said they wouldn't credit me back, because once they ship you can't get your money back. They have never shipped what I orderd yet. Then they said they never got the product back yet. I don't believe that, because it was sent back several weeks ago. They said they would send me the pills now.
We are leaving for the summer (we live in the Mohave Desert) and I won't be back until fall. I needed the pills months ago when I ordered them, not next fall. Beside if they sent them now they would sit in a mailbox for months and would be no good anyway. The temperature here will be around 120 and in the box several times that. I ordered medication to use immediately not six months later. I just want my money back, because I never got what I ordered.
