Berkely (LifeKey, Inc) rip-off! Unauthorized charges. Hung up on too! Cincinnati Ohio
I went online to look up a product that was sold by Berkely. I was going to order the "free" month trial, but you still had to pay for shipping, so it was not free, then it said I would be automatically enrolled and my credit card would be charged automatically $70.00 each shipment. Well, all I wanted to do is try the 30 day trial first.
I went and deleted all my information and I did not recieve the 30 day trial medication. I looked up my bank statements 7/26 and at 7:03am they charged my credit card $70.00. I called the company and talked to a supervisor and 2 other associates and the supervisor said there was nothing they could do, but send out the products.
I told her I was upset about the transaction and wanted my credit card credited. She said they cannot do that and hung up on me. That is bad customer service. She said because the product was shipped that morning, she could not stop it. Who check their bank statements at 7 am, to make sure no one has billed them. All I want is my $70.00 back.
