Berkley Premium Nutraceuticals - Avlimil ripoff, dishonest fraudulent billing to my credit card, will not refund my money even with return of product Cincinnati Ohio
I called to recieve a FREE 30 day sample of Avlimil. No purchase necessary. I gave my credit card number for the $4.50 shipping and handling charge. I was told I was not obligated to purchase any more of the product if I was not satisfied. If I did want to order more I was told to contact them and then order more of the product.
Well today I received a 60 day supply and my credit card was charged $70.00. I called them they said I was informed at the time of ordering the free 30 day sample that I would automaticly be sent and billed for more of this product. I informed him that was not true. I was never told anything about any obligation or any charges being billed to me.
So without any permission from me they billed my credit card.The representative told me I would not be able to send the product back for a refund. He said all he could do is cancel my orders, so they got me for $70.00.Im very upset about this.
