To the person above this. I am sorry this has happened to you too. I might have been the supposedly upset girlfriend of that upset boyfriend, not because I couldn't get a finance deal but because these people are extremely unprofessional and sell lemons. They do sweet talk you and tell you no worries, claim to give you 30 days of warranty and fix the car or switch the car if are not satisfied but its all lies. They secure financing illegally (lying), and always give you the run-a-round for everything. I am going through my worst nightmare right now dealing with them and the car I just purchased. I'm at my wits end and I think a class-action lawsuit would be the answer. I should not be losing sleep, hair falling off because of stress and anxiety because of the condition of a car I just purchased that was suppose to be in EXCELLENT CONDITION. I have no energy left to argue with these people. They've kept my car for two months and every time I get it back, I realize it is not fixed, engine lights are back but they swear they fixed it. They drove my car around because I now have 900 more miles on it then when I purchased it. I'm paying for a car I have only had in my possession for maybe a week since Jan. I just got it back, and guess what...not fixed. I should not be losing sleep about a new used car. This is insane! They messed up my credit too, they surely got paid but did not pay off my trade until I got on them, calling every single day, through-out the day, after it was reported on my credit for being late.
