As an ex employee I am pretty familiar with the no-lemon policy. You are correct, the item has to be sent out 3 times. Yours it sounds like, was just sent out for the third time, which means that NEXT time you have a problem and bring it in, it will be replaced. And keep in mind that bestbuy didnt make this computer. Another company did, yet you are laying the blame of a broken computer on someone who didnt make it, only was the middleman.

Chances are since you're unit has been sent back and forth now for the 3rd time.. when it comes in it will likely not be fixed or will display another type of error. IMMEDIATELY take the computer back to GeekSquad and request the unit to be evaluated as a No Lemon. From what you have said, it seems that your 1st 2 (as well as possibly your 3rd) service orders are valid for the No Lemon. This is because hardware repairs took place during this service orders (motherboard & dvd drive). GET THE NO LEMON EXCHANGE. You also may want to call 1-888-BEST BUY to make them aware of the issue.. They typically are alot more helpful than store clerks. Remember, keep your cool and you usually get what you want & deserve. Best of luck to ya!
