My husband and daughter took the printout to the store and showed all the specs I wanted.
There was to be 6 ports on it but there are only 4.
The saleslady's name is Brittany.
Yes I reported to Best Buy and they only said they were working to fix the web page.
No offer to remedy the missing ports just to change their false advertisement.
I still have the print out.
