Best Buy ripoff, scam artists dirty ripoff dogs Little Rock Arkansas
We bought a car CD system at "Worst Buy' and were told it was a 3 hour wait to get our FREE install. We went and picked up our other car and came back to have our FREE install done. We were told that because they had to remove a panel in the dash there would be custom charges for the install! EXCUSE ME how in the hell can you install a speaker without removing the panel.
We went back inside the store and asked for the manager and were directed to a 12 year old who told us we would have to wait for someone to come from the install area to came and hook up everything we had just bought 30 minutes prior to make sure we hadn't damaged it. IT WAS STILL IN THE BOXES WHICH HAD NOT BEEN OPENED! That is when we went ballistic and demanded our money back right there right then. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR s**t! WE GOT OUR MONEY AND WENT TO A LOCAL AUTO AUDIO SHOP AND GOT 10 TIMES THE SUSTEM FOR THE SAME MONEY.
