Best Buy Ripoff leads customers on the run around when having problems with products UNDER warranty Mason Ohio
I purchased a $1,500 Sony Vega 36" Flat Tube TV with 4-year performance plan that I have had for 4 years. It hasn't worked properly since shortly after I bought it in December of 2000. The TV would not respond to the remote control and would occasinally turn itself back on 2-5 min's after you turned it off and left the room.
I have called Best Buy and the only service I could get was new remotes, and they wanted to charege me to come out and check out the problem. I called Best Buy a couple of days ago and they told me the warranty has expired and there is nothing they can do, even though I called them BEFORE the warranty expired.
