I have purchase products from Best Buy. First time a Netbook in December 2010, after 6 months would not work at all had a black screen and buttons faulty. I had a warranty fixed the netbook but had to send it out to the company. I previously bought an Ereader Sony July 2010. Buttons were not changing pages,etc and buttons were fading were the paint was coming off.
My husband and I took again another product back to best Buy on 11/11/2011 unable to fix problem said I can exchange for a new one. We decided to get a amazon Kindle. Never was told my first ereader had depreciated in value where I purchase the first one for $150.00 now they say only worth $100.00 never was told I had to purchase a new warranty for additional two years for 49.99 where i purchase the first warranty for two years which ends in July 2012. Why am I continuously returning with defaulted items and returning them forcing to puchase additional warranties.
