I purchase a palm pilot online through BestBuy.com and they offered a free Mp3 Audio Kit with the purchase. I use audio with my business so it was a selling point for me to purchase the palm that the free kit came with instead of the any other palm. When I checked out with my purchase it gave me the option to add a service plan, and other accessories to my cart but not a free audio kit. I assumed it was automatically installed or shipped with the package, that is why it was not on the order to add to cart. Well that is what I get for assuming. I got he palm and not free audio kit was with it and when I went online I did not see the offer so I can retrace my steps. I contacted Best buy about this and here is their reply.

I replyed back to them once a day for 3 days and failed to get a responce. I told them that it is unacceptable that they do not abid eby their promotion and I got baited. Lesson learned I will never shop at best buy again.
