This is a copy of the email sent to me, my rebate claim was denied because I did not CUT the bar code from the box, rather I peeled it off and placed it on a piece of paper so the box would not be destroyed!
This is a first for me, it appears that they are looking for just about any chickensh*** reason to deny paying a claim! I am getting tired of jumping though all the rebate hoops, just to be denied, I will not purchase from this company again!!!
