I subscribes to the 30 day "trial" After doing so, I got a message that said I was already a member, so I X'ed out of the pop up and thought no more about it...
Until I got my bank statement! I called them, after I got a mans voice telling me this was Jessica's number but he gave me the right number.
I talked to a Lady that told me it would be 7 - 10 business days before the money would get to the bank, IF the bank would take it right away. (They said they would.)
Well I waited and waited and waited and, yep you guessed waited some more until I got frustrated!! So I called them back. I talked to a guy that all he said was hmmm we'll have to check into this.
So I waited some more. And called then again. I was put on hold for 20 minutes, so I hung up. I called the next day and they were not accepting any more calls. The same thing with the 5th call.
Lastly I sent them 1 or 2 emails and got nothing, no reply. I'm disabled and on a fixed income and I NEEDED that money but when I didn't get it back I knew I got RIPEDOFF!!
