Bait & Switch is what this company is all about. Charging for package and upgrades/parts we didn't order. We were charged about 340.00 more that what we should have paid. Customer Service was rude and uncooperative "We already have your money" was one of the statements made to me.
When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told that he (Chris -name that was given)was the the only person i could talk to. He claimed that the owner doesn't speak to customers and then hung up.
Stay away from this company is my warning to all.
