Best Sunshine Services If considering outsourcing to BSS keep an eye on them at all times. Apopka, Florida
Be very careful if you are considering outsourcing your hotel laundry to this company. The owner, Ivan Gonima is as arrogant and unprofessional as they get, lacking ethical standards and the full understanding of customer service.
Here are some of of his tactics:
1) Changing prices from an agreed upon 3 year proposal wrote up the contract and raised the second and third year pricing w/o telling the GM of the hotel and had him sign it. He laughed and bragged about it. 2) Padding weight: same customer, was charging them by the piece on F&B linens and invoicing to the F&B dept. then would weigh the F&B with the room linens and add the F&B weight to the housekeeping invoice. 3) Not living up to the contract:he was to supply a hotel with a scale, it was negotiated in the beginning and written in the contract. Never supplied it and when asked gave different lies about it.
His quality is average at best. They were not pre-treating stains and he will tell the workers to cut corners for cost reasons whenever possible. While supplying only 2 properties he kept getting each others linens mixed up. No matter what goes wrong it will not be his fault. If you are going to go w/BSS make sure any trucks they use on your property is under their insurance policy and check their financial strength.

Postinginfamous and anonimous reports against a companyor an individual is easy when you do not have to identify yourself. However, and knowing the reasons behind it, it is for me very clear who was the one postingthis report and what his real intentions were.
If you are interested in really knowing about us, it would be for metrully a pleasure to have the opportunity of offering you a tour toour plant, present youwith references for your consideration as well as showing without any hesitation our operation records in order to clearly demonstrate that all that has been reported here against us is a plain lie comingfrom an individual looking for revenge.
We have been working very hard for the last two years and a halfin order to build a company for the future offeringgreat quality and customer service to our customers as well asemployment opportunities to our comunity. It would very sad, to say the least, to seeall our efforts going down the drain because of an irresponsible and untruthful report like the one we found out about today.
As per the Ripoff Report, I think they should consider evaluating first the veracity of the comments posted before allowing somebody to try to destroy the reputation of alegitimate business entity.
