Best Western Emerald Beach Resort ripoff, lied about hotel, stole money St. Thomas Vergin Islands
Best Western Emerald Beach Resort is a rip off. They lied about the type of hotel, stating that it was a secluded luxury hotel, when in fact it located at the end of the airport runway in the worst part of the run down ghetto. They also lied about what they charge, made a reservation at one price but when I arrived they almost doubled the rate because all other hotels on island were full. The hotel was run down and not safe. We had our room broken into by an employee and had valuables taken. Employee was caught on video, but nothing was done about it. No reimbursement was issued, nor apology. Stay away from this hotel, they are crooks and treat customers like stupid cattle.
