Pictures of the bed bugs show them to the morning manager I was told he could do nothing about it at the insurance company will contact me did not get contacted by the insurance company then he told me that he let other customers so I call the health department in a hotel refuses to refund or do anything for me for being attacked at night do not stay here they are the worst hotel in customer service out there.
I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in was eaten by bed bugs the manager did nothing about it did not refund my money or help me any way at all all he told me was that the insurance company would contact me which they never did they have the worst customer service in the dirtiest rooms with bed bugs.
