In December 2008 I purchased a set of DVDs - Mike Hammer Complete TV series (78 episodes, 12 DVDs) - from the above-mentioned seller, via the iOffer website, & paid for the set by Paypal (I have the receipt from Paypal, confirming payment was made to the seller).

I also have an email from iOffer, confirming that my purchase of this item was successful & complete. This item was never received, & despite 4 emails being sent to the seller, no response was ever received.

The iOffer website also provides the opportunity for buyers to contact them direct, in the event of a problem with a seller - this is a sale resolution service they provide. When they failed to respond themselves within 14 days of my email, I contacted them again & once again, explained the problem I was having with bestforless. However, the only advice they could give, was for me to contact the seller & request either a refund, or a tracking number, for the purchased item.

Since I had made it clear to them in my earlier email that I had tried to contact the seller with 4 emails, all to no avail, I wrote back & asked how I could get either a tracking number, or a refund, if the seller was not prepared to respond at all. iOffer has failed to respond at all, to me second email.

Apparently, the iOffer customer service staffer who responded to my first email did not read my email to them properly, before responding. My recommendation on the basis of my experience? Do not purchase anything from bestforless on the iOffer website, unless you are prepared to take the risk of not receiving the item you pay for. And don't rely on iOffer customer service support in the event you do pay for something & then don't receive it - if you do, you will be sorely disappointed. If you really MUST have an item on offer, try Amazon or ebay first (or ANY other similar website for that matter) - in two years of buying through those two organisations, I have never been led down or ripped off.
