BestParent.com ONLINEFUSION Takes Your Money Does Not Ship your Item Internet
Odred a "Safe Glow LED Collar" from bestparent.com as advertised on facebook and elsewhere claims the item is free but you are required to pay a higher than average shipping cost. I placed my order and it says deivery may take up to 4 weeks, they provide no tracking #. after 4 weeks and still no collar I emailed them they promptly responded claiming my order has been lost by their shipping carrier, they will send me out another collar expect another 4 week wait. another 4 weeks goes by and still no item received, I was charged on my credit card by a company called ONLINEFUSION for this, this is the only purchase I have made on my card in the past 3 months, and today I received a call stating there has been fraudualent activity on my credit card and it has been cancelled and they will have to ship me a new card. So It is most likely this company is not only scamming you for a few dollars, possibly to avoid FBI investigation as the amounts are to small to warrant charges, but they then use your credit card info for fraudulent activity.
I'm surprised there have been no claims on rip off report from others but on other sites there are a few claims of others not receiving their orders.
Avoid this scam!
