Better Benefits Org OAN Services Deceptive phone company/web sevices company, Internet
We received a random charge on our Frontier phone bill for $29,95, titled bbo isp mo fee. We entered into no agreement with this compnay. If fact, we hang up at our office anytime someone calls stating they are with a web service or yellow page listing business. They do not have an active website. After waiting on a hold for a long time, they agreed to credit our phone bill. We will see if it happens
