I've recently had to begin using Better Living Now (BLN) to order my diabetic supplies for a new Tandem pump that I started using this year.  BLN has been a nightmare from the beginning.  I've had two orders that have been shipped wrong and it has been next to impossible to get the correct orders shipped to me.  I just got off the phone with them this morning telling them they shipped the wrong infusion sets to me.  I cannot use any of these products that they shipped so they are worthless.  I was told there is nothing they can do and they don't have any information they can give me about their legal department.

When I began asking for the last name of the person I was speaking with which was Ken B, Customer Care Supervisor, and then asked for his supervisors name I heard a voice in the background saying not to give me her last name which was Catherine.  The initial incompentant person I was speaking with was Melique G.  If anyone ever is told they have to use this company FIND ANOTHER OPTION QUICK.  It will save you a lot of time and frustration.  I also shipped another order back for a problem I had with it and was told the insurance would be credited within 14 days.  It took them 6 weeks before they supposedly sent the corrected claim to my insurance to get credit so I could order with another company.  I'm still waiting to see if this actually was done.  LIke I said stay far away from them.
