Complaint Review: Beverage Plus - Internet

Ron is a sleezy scum bag and not to be trusted.  He has written bounced checks and has been arrested and is the worst kind of human being on the planet, and using human being is to nice a word for this rat.  Dont do any business with him.  Dont trust me, just call the 800# for UPS or R&L or CH Robinson and ask about their dealings with Beverage Plus.  He bounced a check for $1200 for crying out loud and was trying to ship more because he wrote a check.  He knew exactly what he was doing and tried to scam us again.  Yelled at me why we wouldn't pickup his shipment and I said because your check isnt worth the paper it was written on! HA best move I did was to turn this scum bag down!

It is about time that RON is getting the justice he would yell at me about over the phone after he was bouncing checks left and right!  He hopefully will get some jail time like he deserves and maybe he can defend himself since he is a lawyer himself...Oh yeah he has had that banned from him too, HA HA.  Good for you Ron good luck and I hope you get what is coming your way you scam artist!

It just doesn't stop how low this lowlife will go.

I knew I would read a report like this about this guy, he was the shady - ist guy I ever dealt with bounced checks and yelled at you like it was your fault, a total waste of space and may he sit and jail and get what is coming to him....

I hope this news is true and he does get some jail time it would be sweet justice.

Beverage Plus is traded on the stock exchange under CleanPath Resources (Pinksheets:CLNP). Ron Serota's partner Ryan Anthony Gibson who is listed as the director of CleanPath Resources has been implicated in a boiler room stock scheme.

The above information demonstrates that CleanPath Resources is violating the B.C. Securities order by selling stock in Beverage Plus.

  

Ron Serota was arrested on 1/26/2010 for Grand Theft Burglary. Just google Ron Serota arrested for it is all over the internet. His license to practice law has been revoked.

All this media hype all over the internet about Beverage Plus Inc, Beverage Plus Holdings Corporation, First Choice Business Brokers and Cleanpath Resources (all companies he's involved in selling this same energy drink MC2) is all just garbage and lies to get you to buy these Beverage Plus Franchises, Distributorships or whatever he's calling them this week.

In addition Ron Serota was just sued along with Beverage Plus Inc in which the party obtained a judgment against him for 50 grand at the beginning of 2010.

Can you believe he's selling stock in this scam. My advice don't buy the stock, definitely don't buy the distributorship, and the drink he's cooking up well that's a no brainer.

You have no clue what you are talking about, how could anyone profit from anything from your company you NEVER paid any bills and sent a check that bounced and filed false claims.

This is how Ron the owner works, he thinks he is a lawyer. I have MULTIPULE carriers to Sales Reps with Ch Robinson to back up my claims.

To just name a few carriers, R&L, UPS abd CH Robinson that I personally know of that will never ship for Ron's company again.

And they run their business for their beverage company out of their home in Las Vegas NV, but they pull their prodcut from warehouses thourgh out the USA.

TO ALL, be warned, if you are owed $$$ by this company, dont say I didnt warn you.

The author of the report filed on this site declined to name himself or herself and cites no names of national carriers that have issues with Beverage Plus.  Although the author discusses a small shipment of products picked up in one instance from a garage it is wrong to assume that there are no other warehouses being used for this business.  There are large facilities used for storage of products. The value of the damages to the products far exceeded the 1200 shipping invoice thus they were not paid for their negligence in damaging the entire shipment.  This was all documented in photos sent to CH Robinson.  The claim was not for 5 times the product cost.  No amount was every received from CH Robinson to compensate the company for this loss.  The author discusses 3000 of shipments and only discusses a 1200 dispute...Obviously not commenting that they profited from the business relationship.
