Bey Foundation Consulting Group Malik Bey, Bey Foundation Beware Malik Bey and Bey Foundation if you are hoping for help with mortgage foreclosure Villa Rica, Georgia
Use extreme caution if contacted by Malik Bey and his Bey Foundation Consulting Group. Malik Bey contacted me in regard to my mortgage foreclosure situation. I spoke with him and he offered to help with my mortgage foreclosure situation. In our first conversation he stated that he would postpone my mortgage foreclosure for no charge as an act of good faith. He said he could stop a foreclosure in his sleep at 3 a.m. I sent him the information regarding my foreclosure and then immediately he changed his story and starting telling me I needed to send him $2,500 because my case was "more difficult" than he had expected. Of course, he need the $$ send wire transfer, cash or cashier's check. No credit cards accepted. When I tried to contact him via the telephone regarding his demand now for $$ he would not return my calls, instead emailing me with various excuses as to why he could not call me back. When in fact he did call me he acted VERY irate that I would question his withdrawal of his original offer. He also stated to me that his "foundation" was registered in 6 states. When I asked him why I could not find any evidence of his registration he hung up on me! I searched online as well as calling the State of Georgia who had never heard of this foundation/company. Very odd for a company that according to Malik Bey had been in business for 8 years! I could find no evidence of this foundation/company in a search of any of the states he claimed to do business in as well as Hoover's directory. They have NO WEBSITE and according to Malik Bey they want to stay "under the radar". Use extreme caution regarding doing business with Malik Bey and his Bey Foundation Consulting Group. This appears to be one of the many foreclosure rescue scams that have appeared.
