Big Bear Cool Cabins Horrible service and LIARS Big Bear Lake California
Stay way from this company, BIG BEAR COOL CABINS will Rip you off!!!! This was one of the biggest bait and switches I have ever seen. They offer you a great cabin, with a jacuzzi and other ammenities only to arrive to a sh** hole that had unmade beds with dirty sheets, dirty dishes in the sink, dirty counters, beer spilled on the sofa, etc. When I called to see what was up they said they were super busy but someone would be coming soon, YEAH 4 hours later I had a knock on the door. My kids were already asleep from an exhausting day on the mountian. What I supposed to rattle their tired butts out of bed becuase the company that I paid over $600 bucks to for one night couldnt do their job???
The jacuzzi was unusable because if was half filled with water, we turned the jets on and water went everywhere, totally unusable!!! When I called they said if I would have called them they would have provided me with a new rental...I CALLED 5 TIMES AND HAVE A PHONE LOG TO PROVE IT. Stay away people!!!! HORRIBLE customer service and product!
