Big Daddy Express Lube I would highly not recomend this business as they are dishonest crooks. Cleveland Tennessee
I usually go to Walmart to change my oil but I thought I would try this place out and I wished I didn't. I went to this Express Lube to have my oil changed on September 16th, 2013. First of all they talked me into having my fule system cleaneded for another $40 which I now know I didn't need. The total was $76 for oil change and fuel system cleaned. I trusted them and went back to work. The next day, I saw where they double charged me for $76 twice. I called on phone and the manager said to come back down and he would credit my credit card. He did something with my credit card by running thru his machine. So, I trusted him and his business that they put the one of the charges back on my credit card, but they didn't. I didn't realize this until a month later where they charged my credit card also $249.99 and additional 3 times on October 15, 16th, and 17th. Again, I went down there and talked to manager he said it was the phone lines and he couldn't or didn't want to do anything about it. So far they have riped me off for a total $825. I would highly not recomend this business as they are dishonest crooks

Yes you are right every time I went in ttere the owner was always smoking in there and it smelt like dog pissed from his dog that would u ump on you and scratch you it was not a place to go
