Big Dog Satellite and Dishnetwork have engaged in deceptive business practice, by withholding information, and filing out contract behind customers back and falsifying their signature.  They have the face to tell me that the signature on the contract is mine.  I never saw, signed or were giving a copy of the contract, until a few days ago.  They also have been systematically increasing the amount on my credit card autopay without my authorization.

I have gotten the round around and my inquiry is getting nowhere.  They won't budge and make me whole.

Do not conduct business with Dishnetwork or Big Dog Satellite they will rip you off.  And don't expect your credit card bank to back you up, either.

False Accusation of Forgery

#2UPDATE Employee

Thu, April 21, 2011

The customers account was installed 9 months ago on July 18, 2010, on August 03, 2010 the customer was called as a normal procedure to check on service and there were no issues at that time.  There has been no correspondence until April 04, 2011 when we received an email asking for a copy of the contract, we provided this the same day as the request; April 4, 2011.

After providing the contract we received another email stating it was forged and that we had 24 hours to make it right.  We referred Ms Moreno to Dish Network as they hold the contract, she refused this avenue of help and again demanded we assist.  At that point I offered our customer service department so they could 3-way with Dish to decipher the problem which Ms Moreno said previously was just a billing error of $12.  Ms Moreno called into the sales department and was transfered to one of our customer service reps, she hung up on the rep as he was explaining how they were going to 3-way to resolve the issue.

We received another email after Ms Moreno hung up on our CS rep where she used inappropriate accusations toward the company and demanded we handle the situation. It was explained to her that due to Dish Networks PRIVACY ACT we needed the customer on the phone with us in order to discuss their account.  We attempted to contact Ms Moreno again and resolve the issue, she hung up on another Customer Service representative.

Ms Moreno is claiming our technician forged a signature he would have no knowledge of what it looked like and the contracts and drivers license and Social Security signatures that were provided are almost identical down to the last letter on the name which is a complex signature.

I do not believe this signature to be forged at all and the inability to speak with Ms Moreno as she continually hangs up on our representatives is making this a very complex situation as all we receive is hostilities and when attempts to resolve the problem are made we are cut off in our efforts.
