Big Dog Satellite The Worst Experience Las Vegas Internet and West Coast
The purchase of service started friendly.
The installation was poor and reception failed in Two Days. No one answered the phone or my messages left for assistance and service.
Problems with reception continued over three weeks following the first call and service calls ( obtained from the Dish network not Big Dog) Dish network was understanding and agreed to wave fees to cancel service based on my history of problems. Big Dog Satellite would hang up on me when I phoned them to discuss my problem. They will still charge you up to $578 and not talk to you.
Do not do business with this company!
