I am not a former company of "Big Dog", but I did previously work for a Satellite TV sub and I know what happened. Its not theivery, fraud or any of the above. You were locked into what is called a third party agreement. A third party agreement is simply this: Just as you entered into a contract with Dish network to remain a customer for X amount of months, you also entered into a contract with the company that actually provided you with the service, in other words the retailer. In all likelihood you entered into two seperate contracts, one with DishNetwork themselves and another agreement with this "Big Dog" company. Most of these retailers require you to sign both contracts in order to activate your service. You probably signed them both whether you realized it or not. If they have your signature on their third party agreement, you're credit/debit card number, expiration date and cvc number(all of which would have to have been provided by YOU, the customer) then I'd say that you're probably not going to get your money back. The reason that they probably charged you was because they were charged back by dish network in the amount of 350$ and so in return they passed that cost off to you, per the third party agreement. I know that my answer is probably not what you wanted to hear, but its in all probability the truth. I wish you the best of luck and I hope that you're able to recover your money, but I can only tell you to make sure that you read what it is that youre signing in the future. -nix
