Won 500k chips playing Blackjack. Once I exited the room back to the game lobby none of my winnings followed. Contacted customer service several times, got a reply from Stephanie who claimed they couldn't find any records of my 500k win because their data records were too extensive. They offered nothing in return nor much concern. Yet, the game is very arrogant to get your real hard earned money. Very frustrating experience. Big Fish Casino cheats and surely doesn't deserve anyones hard earned money.

I agree with this writer this casino thing is a rip off , there is no way to spend the the so called winnings , so its just a scam to abscond with money from gullible people , who are stupid enough to buy their silly chips , to even call it a casino as casino implies a place or site to obtain or win money , to gamble with money and to be credited or paid out with money ,. plus the fact their so called ""free"' to play games, are not free , they are set up to cause you to spend ridiculous sums of money , which eventually you end up spending up to 20 times more than any of the games offered to buy from the regular download site,, this out fit started out as a good site and now has turned into a complete greedy rip off, one is way better to go to other sites to purchase a game to play , plus the fact that you need to install their stupid game client to launch the game you have purchased which is nothing more than a tool to bombard you with stupid constant advertising , which people do not want every time they wish to continue playing their game,, this is nonsense and this idiot site should be sued , i personally have bought well over a 100 games from this site , but will never ever buy another one, in fact i have chosen to forfeit the games i have bought as the client is so annoying , to play my game s, i have to totally disconnect from the internet to avoid the stupid pop up hence the client then takes forever to load , as its trying to get on the internet to spam you with the stupid on going bulls**t of this idiots company stupid fetish for sdvertising , so as far as i am concerned bfg can go to hell . So i have now chosen to un install all big fish crap from my computers and buy my games from sites that do not need a client to launch the game , gamehouse is one site i use along with others and they all have stock all the same games , in fact most are now cheaper than idiot bfg
