I bought 4 new tires from big-o and have had nothing but problems. Right from the start 2 tires would go flat. I took it back and they said my air pressure sensors were bad and they were 69 dollars each. After that I took it home two blocks away and parked it. The next morning I go out to find my tire flat. I take it back and they tell me they would call when they had it fixed. Well when closing time came and I hadn't received a call I rushed over to find my car with the spare on it and my rim in the backseat. They told me my rim was cracked. After Spending 600 dollars this is what I got. I never had a problem with my tires going flat until they touched it. I don't know how my rim got cracked but it didn't happen until they touched it. They refuse to do anything to fix it and just hang up on me when I was trying to discuss it. Don't make the same mistake I did. Boycott big-o
