Big O Tires-Aurora, CO. store Big O Tires Did not honor Rebate Offer Aurora, Colorado
July 22 2012, I had purchased a set Michelin Tires for my truck. I had purchased the tires at Big O Tires. on the front desk was an application for tire rebate to receive $75.00 Visa Credit Card for buying 4 tires. I had sent the application to Michelin Tires, they had refused my letter 3 times. and refused to accept the agreement and stated the offer had expired. I had sent this with certified mail, in which, they refused to honor. On the, day of buying the tires, I also, wanted a wheel adjustment. I had the store manager quote me $1100.00 adjustment on my car. I had refused to have the work done. I had went to another establishment. Had a quote and the same work done for $420.00 $680.00 difference. I will never, shop at Big O'Tires for any serivice.
