big o tires Clint Big O Mistake Aurora Colorado
What a Big O headache or even better NIGHTMARE this has been.I took my newly purchased car to big o for a flat repair.actually it was towed to this loction less than a mile from my home.while they had it in the shop i asked for them to give me an oil change and their SPECIAL witch included a tire rotation and air pressure check. Two days later i went outside and my neighbor said look at your tires,both tires on the passanger side were flat and my center caps were laying next to the tires (keep in mind i had not drove it since i picked it up from their shop ) so i had it towed straight back up there. The owner Clint told me the tires had been slashed and the center caps broken off by a vandal. So i had my insurance company go and investigate when the adjuster got there she informed me that the tires were in GREAT condition no slashes or even any holes were found.( keep in mind milage was recorded along with a 360 around the car with i pad were done by tow truck driver ) so Clint was going to glue center caps back with j.b. weld and order and install locking lugnuts so no VANDALS would try to steal my rims again it was there about 2 weeks and i went and picked it up.here about a week ago i noticed they were barely hanging on and that i had not got the key for the lugnuts. Took it back up there Clint said he was gonna order the lugnuts but he could not install them because he was not authorized to work on modified tires. Said he would call no later than friday a week past friday i finally called and thanked him for calling me back (lol) he then told me he could no longer help me because of the way i treted his company .?? Help me ?? I was not nice to him ?? I wonder how he would react if he had just bought a car and someone messed up his nice rims after he paid for services? ? Save your car and yourself a Big O headache please !!
