Big O Tires ( Store Manager Michael Leppard) Charged me for thimgs I didn't need or agree on. Desert Hot Springs California
I went in to Big O Tires to get my tires roatated. They said my tires have worn and I needed an alignment so I said ok, then he came back with my battery was weak and my rear brakes are close to metel so I said ok just the brakes and alignment that's it. Three hours later they were finally done. When I got home I looked at my bill and there were charges for fule system tune up we never talked about. I called him back he said maybe he can give me some of the money! This was the manager of Big O Tires . Thank You
