Big Promotions I had exactly the same experience as Leanne, with no response to email or phone calls, or to booking attempts. Melbourne, Internet
I received a fax regarding accommodation deals at resorts and hotels and when I spoke to a 'consultant' was told it was for all quality hotels such as Mercure and Accor etc.all around the world.
I asked for the web address and was given one which they said was just a sample site. I questioned if it was timeshare and was told it wasn't so paid for 3 holidays.
When I looked on the actual website(which appeared to be the same!), there were limited places shown and it appeared to be timeshare. I emailed them to question this and request my money back but got a response saying there was no timeshare attached to Australian destinations.
I then tried to make a booking but received no response. I telephoned and was told they would ring me back - they didn't. I emailed - no response. I tried again to make bookings - nothing. I telephoned at least a dozen times and each time got an automated response saying all lines were busy - with complaints probably!!!
A major rip-off - I am amazed there are not hundreds of reports to you!
