Bigmen.com customer service: Katie, Jo Ann, all of the customer service employees & the owner because he or she condones their bad & rude business practices did not to return my money(refund) to my credit card) several hundred dollars involved - took them 5 months to do so finally after much time & hassle & rude & I think sorry business practices by them Framingham, Massachusetts
I did not receive refunds to my credit card within 30 days as promised ( several hundred dollars involved & they approved the return/refund ) - it took them over 5 months to finally refund my money only after a lot of phone calls, emails & getting my credit card company involved - They were very rude & hard to reach most of the time - it appears that I am not alone - I have seen other similar complaints about this unscrupulous company here on the internet recently - I wish I would have known about these complaints before I ever did with them - they want to use your money for several months before sending a refund eventually - this should be an outright crime to do so - Almost all decent companies I have dealt with on the internet return your money asap ( within a few days of getting their merchandise back - at the most 30 days & this very seldom happens )- these people are outright crooks - BEWARE, BEWARE - Do not do any business with them - if you do, just remember, you were warned. Plus, their prices aren't that good - you can get the same stuff elsewhere - believe me, you do not want the hassle dealing with them - also, its my advice to always try to buy form internet companies that offer paypal as payment so you are much better protected, this company of course does not - I may try to contact the attorney general's office in Mass. to file a proper complaint with them. Any advice would be welcome.
