Bijan Air Conditioning Fill-n-go Scam! Lies! Chandler, Gilbert, Phoenix, Queen Creek, Mesa,, Arizona
Fill-n-go scam for "tune-up"
Buyer Beware! fill-n-go Scam. We contacted Bijan to tune up our 4-year-old units the day we moved into our new house. They were loud and inefficient, but were keeping the house too cold (he turned on the heat when he arrived to warm up the house on a 90 degree day).
Claims he pumped 15lbs of coolant into our system. Said there was no leak. Charged $675.25 and said it would be completely covered by the home warranty company he contracts through. Said he would do what he needed to to get it covered.
After he left the units sounded awful still. My husband found dead birds and other debris packed in the units. Bijan said he contacted the warranty company, over and over for weeks.
Then he said he was afraid of losing his contract through them for doing something wrong, that he would never contact them.
Could not supply us with any of the before or after readings on our units. Said he would just refund our money on several occasions. Never did. Now, 3 months later he says he hasn't had time to contact the company.
Been told by other companies that there is no way our units would have cooled the house down 15lbs of coolant. Been told this is a classic fill-n-go scam. Buyer Beware!
