The previous Body Shop Foreman built that shop from the ground up until his passing in June 2006. With winning more awards than many shops in the a tri-state area in superior excellence, he built a superior team of auto body specialists. Unfortunately this complaintant should have gotten a full estimate and allowed the insurance company to total the vehicle. Now his tow bill is still his problem if he didnt want the shop to repair the truck. No matter what shop it was taken to, they would have still charged him this. If the shop estimator was trying not to get the truck totalled, perhaps the consumer should have thought it was a blessing. Most shops cant perform frame work anyways. In Bolivar, they are the only one. Next is in Springfield and its not a body shop, its a frame shop. So the work will cost more, due to having the vehicle towed to and from the location. Before posting such accusations that they are crooks, try getting the communitys view point on the reputation, maybe you will find that they are in fact one of the most honest shops you will find in Missouri.
