Sorry that it took so long to make an update. I ended up returning the vehicle. In the meantime, I forgot my plates on the car, called them from my cell phone and Rick Horner in special finance said that he would Fedex it that same day. It has been over a month now and the paper plates on my new vehicle is expiring today. I just called again for about the 5th time and he said he is checking into it and will be back with me today. I really want to pursue this matter. I think it they do false advertising. They are running an add on air about not having good credit, bankruptcy and everything, no problem. Yea, they will let you drive off in a car the same day, only to have them take it away 3 month later. In the mean time, you get insurance for the vehicle and everything and you lose money. I have lost over $500.00 on this vehicle in insurance alone. This just isn't right. And the mental anguish to go with it. People, do not go to Bill Heard Chevrolet of Sanford, FL. Especially on the weekend, because they do not have access to a finance company and they will let you leave with the car, that's for sure! They will tell you what your payment are and have you sign a contract agreeing with it and in all reality, the finance company hasn't even seen it let alone approve it. They will help you too if you are able to make a deposit for half the price of the vehicle first! The need to be put in their place!

Kelly I Really feel for you, It upsets me and the Editor of the Rip Off Report as to what car dealers have been doing for many years to car buyers. I want you to know that I, The Great Thorn have talked to your car dealer. I tryed to talk to the used car sales manager and it seemed to me that he was more focused on the next car buyer and not your issue at all. Maybe their motto should be "TURN them and BURN THEM" After trying to chat with this "used sled" salesman I called back and talked to Ed Weatherford and told him you call you directly and inform you as if you do or not have a car deal. Kelly, ED told me that you signed what he called a "Courtesy Delivery Agreement" Did you get a copy of EVERY document that their sales and Finance department asked you to sign? Car dealers love for car buyers to sign and not ask questions or ask for copies of EVERY document that they sign. I feel that this car dealer does a lot of "SPOT DELIVERIES" so this dealer has put together what they call a "Courtesy Delivery Agreement Document" So if they get a car buyer with some "SPEED BUMPS" if you will in their credit histroy they will get them to sign what they call a "Courtesy Delivery Agreement" I feel that they use this so called "Courtesy Delivery Agreement" to inform the car buyer, Hey you don't have real good credit we are going to "Take a SHOT GUN to your credit" So be advised of all of the inquiries that we are going to WACK your credit report with. Kelly after this Guy "ED" from this dealer calls you and tells you where you TRULLY STAND in this car deal, I want you to file an update on your Rip Off Report right away. Dirt and deception MUST BE EXPOSED TO ALL! Kelly It upsets me in a very big way this this dealer DID NOT GIVE YOU A COPY of EVERY document you signed.
