I work with this same salesman, Rahim Madina. Here at Baytown Mitsubishi, In Baytown,Tx. I listen to him tell the same lies to all his customers. I'm new to the car business and see why salesman are always portrayed as liars and thieves. If anyone thinks about buying a car from him please think twice and get it in writing.

THIS FEE HANDLES SEVERAL THINGS, LIKE OVERNIGHT FEDEX, UPS, ETC FEES GETTING THE PAPERWORK TO AND FROM THE BANK, NEXT DAY AIR ON PAYOFFS SO YOUR TRADES DON'T GET BEHIND, MAKING THE TRIPS TO THE TAG OFFICES FOR THE CUSTOMER. HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM PAYING A SAM'S CLUB, COSTCO CLUB MEMBER FEE TO HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO SHOP THERE? IT'S NOT.

James: Why didn't you READ and UNDERSTAND the papers B-E-F-O-R-E you signed them? How difficult is it to understand to do that? Just think James, you could have found out what a BOGUS BILLY accomplice was trying to do and YOU could have put a stop to it! Doesn't that make sense? Now how about more bad news... How much did they say the car cost? I would just about guarantee BOGUS BILLY played the false price/dealer fee con-game on you! Here's how that SCAM works... they represent the price of a car to be say, $12000. But wait, there's a BOGUS BILLY dealer fee later for $450-$750! You don't get the car unless you pay BOGUS BILLY the BOGUS DEALER FEE. All of this BOGUS fee goes to BOGUS BILLY. Therefore, the real price of the car is the $12000+the BOGUS FEE. Remember, there is NO SUCH thing as a "dealer fee" for "administrative" purposes. Its nothing more than a sleezy, pond scum, slime ball car dealer SCAM to lie to you about the price of the car. When was the last time you paid a "dealer fee" at McDonalds, Walmart or any other retailer? Why not? Because most other areas of retail operate with more integrity and honesty than the slime balls in the car business. By the way James, BOGUS BILLY paid the Florida Attorney General $300,000 + in connection with fraud and deception at that Sanford garbage dump. Spread the word James! Be Well!

I am writting this because of the negative comments about the dealership. I am a customer of the Sanford Florida location. I experienced an easy transaction but a friend attempted to do the same on the same vehicle and in automotive terms "The Wheels Came Off." I am still presently deployed to Iraq, on my mid tour leave I went for breakfast with my wife and we talked about more children. We have 2 now and had a Volvo XC70 2004 model. She had been driving excessive and the vehicle had over 75,000 miles on it. I knew it was time to trade up and get away from it, never had a problem with it and didn't want one. We stopped by looking at the 2007 Tahoe line and centered on the LT2 model. The vehicle was exactly what we wanted. Although I wasn't sure about buying it we decided caution was the best approach, besides I had yard work to complete before going back to Iraq. She test drove it and we left, I did take the salesmans card. Never left any information on us, just left. After completing my chores, I walked in the house and said "I am thinking about buying that Tahoe." I called the salesmans cell phone on the card and told him I thought I wanted it. He asked me if I could wait because he was at home already with his young son. I told him if he wanted me to buy he needed to move on it now because I was shipping back out within 72 hours. "No problem, on my way," he said. We went back to the dealership, the appraisal came back on my Volvo, $1500.00 higher than I expected, we dealt off the dealer invoice green bar for pricing, I did check the rebates and such on the internet, FNI came out with them right away, answered my questions before I asked and even tacked on the Military $500.00 program. We looked at payments, told him we were still away on it, he came back with I needed more money down, I said OK, I came to half of what he said was needed and told him to go back to FNI and bring his half back. He came back with some more off and we settled, the FNI manager came in to close, I was still shaky on it and said "I need to test drive it, I havent even been behind the wheel yet." FNI let into the salesman and I went on a test drive. Came back after driving it and discussing it more with my wife. We decied yes and signed. Bill Heard had us out and done with a full tank of gas, plates exchanged and a mini detail within 90 minutes. Done. I was satisfied and felt like I recieved a fair shake from them. I did hear strange conversations when I was there, but as a buyer you need to be aware of what you are doing. Research your purchase, know about things, take someone with you. Same week, my friend attempted to buy the exact vehicle over the phone, I am not sure what happened but she got all the way to the end, ready to sign and the vehicle was not what she had test driven or the package she wanted. She left pissed. Cannot even fathom what the real issue was but in less than 10 days she went to the Plant City Bill Heard and bought the exact same vehicle we purchased at the terms she wanted. Why? Cannot tell you. We did experience an accident within the first month, used their body shop thru Allstate to fix it. That didn't go well. 5 trips in to get it repaired to standard, but its done now. These dealerships actually employ your neighbors, your friends and even your relatives. Not just Bill Heard but all of them. Ask about them before you go. Communication is the key, whether the vehicle wears a bowtie or a blue oval, ask someone. Check the information and make 2 trips not one, a vehicle is usually your 3rd largest investment next to your children and home.
